Formal Review section of Test Plan archived, can this be undone?

Stuart Trimbath (111) | asked Mar 10 '16, 5:21 p.m.
We have an RQM Test Plan with the Formal Review Section. One of the Review Tasks has been archived while there were still "pending" reviews (now past due). The resource with the past due task is receiving DAILY e-mails from the RQM Server notifying of the past due task, however since the section has been archived they are unable to complete their assigned task. Is there a way to either (1) remove them from the Review Task? or (2) Un-archive the Review Task so they can mark the task complete?

We are on RQM 4.0.2

Hi, Stuart

I don't know if it is possible in RQM4.0.2 as trash view is not introduced yet in v4.0.2. You may want to explore API way to see if it is possible to use PUT command to update the formal review section, this post has some info you can refer to:(there is no PUT command there but you can get the xml first and see if the archived info is there first):

When archiving an Approval Group, the due date is removed so notifications should no longer be sent to reviewers. Also, there is also an async task running which is looking for archived approval groups which still have a due date in order to clear them.

Please open a RQM defect.

Note: Archived approval groups cannot be modified and are also visible from the formal review by clicking the show archived approval groups button.

Note: Reviews in QM do not close/end. (140573)
