Hello good morning! Some help, please, I may missing something here:

I have the following structure of teams, users and assigned categories:

Project Area
    >Team1 - Category1
            -UserA
    >Team2 - category2
             -UserB

The Team1 receives a work item with its "filed against" = Category1.
The UserA belonging to the Team1 performs some work, for example changing the description and saving, and later sends the work to the Team2 by changing the "filed against"=Category2 and saving again.

So far it should work, we are just moving work form one team to another.

Nonetheless, when changing the "filed against"=Category2, RTC throws an error saying that UserA doesn't have permission to modify the Description! User A didn't actually modify the description now, but in a previous save operation. In this Save operation he is only saving the "filed Against".

I tried to log-off UserA, to close the browser, etc. but still RTC identifies that all changes to attributes of the work item performed previously by the Team1 are being performed again when changing the "filed against".

Is this a normal feature? This limits a lot the ability to move work from one team to another if we want to keep users organized and included only in the teams they work.
