Where can I find these template IDs to insert in to XML when creating Lifecycle Project Template?

I have created a RTC template as well as a RQM template, and a DNG Template. When I create any of these projects, we can go to the Project Area of RTC or RQM and just select the template. When we use the DNG template, we have to do it from underneath the Cog/Gear->Create Project Area (select existing template.) I have been tasked with creating a Lifecycle project template with all 3. I have no idea where the IDs and such are to create a lifecycle project. (by use of modifying the XML):
