Hi,

In the Iteration Plan you can include a link to some picture in the web, but I'm afraid that picture itself can not be included. You should create a Work Item (Enhancement type) on jazz.net to address this case.

In the work items you have to go the 'Links' tab and there is 'Attachments' section where you can add a file or a screenshot.
