Cannot connect to the jazz repository using Eclipse client, and on other end using the web client can connect to Jazz using the same id and pwd.

Getting below error on eclipse cleint.
\ CRJAZ6022E Cannot log into the following server: 'localhost'.

You are sure you work against "Localhost"? Except in very limited cases you should never use localhost in the public URI.

Please find the below link it could be because of the proxy or your host is not reachable.
