Delete attachement reference even when attachment has ben deleted

An attachments has been added to a WI but has data that should not be viewed.
When the attachments have been deleted, this has automatically entered as a comment ie Removed attachment id
so the attachment is still viewable in the Discussion even though removed from Attachment section.

Can we remove this reference.
