Exception in jazz.log because of Process Attachment

I had a Calculated script under Attribute Customization tab which I have deleted now and de-associated it from the attribute already but still I am getting the following error in my jazz logs.

Caused by: java.io.IOException: Process Attachment /workitem/scripts/common/abc.js does not provide a dojo type
        at com.ibm.team.workitem.shared.common.internal.ProcessAttachmentScriptFeature.loadSource(ProcessAttachmentScriptFeature.java:72)
        at com.ibm.team.workitem.shared.common.internal.ProcessAttachmentScriptTypeResolver.initializeProjectAttachmentScripts(ProcessAttachmentScriptTypeResolver.java:62)

Obviously you did not catch it all. Note, the tab is irrelevant.
Try to
  1. Delete the attribute customization provider itself
  2. Open the project area editor and open the links tab; search the Attachments for your script and delete it there

I did the same also but still get the exception on this script

Is it possible that the script is in another project area?
