How to run full ETL job only on deleted links in Insight

The "Enable automatic archiving of auditable links" option is enabled on my IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) server.
I have updated RTC to 5.0.2 iFix009 to resolve the below defect:

Defect 360995: Ghost links appearing in traceability report

The problem is only resolved for work items modified after the installation of the iFix.

It is my understanding that to update information on the links in all work items, I need to run full Data Collection jobs for RTC.

My RTC repository is big and a full Data Collection job may take days if not weeks.

I am using IBM Rational Insight for Data Collection jobs and reporting.

How can I run full ETL jobs only to update deleted RTC links using Insight?

You can resolve the problem by installing an additional fix for Insight and modifying Insight ETL jobs.

To get the additional fix for Insight:
  1. Contact IBM Rational Client Support.
  2. Request the fixed IBM Cognos Data Manager package for Defect 360995 / APAR PI48537.
  3. Follow the instructions from support on installing the patch in IBM Cognos Data Manager.
To run full ETL job only on deleted links in Insight:
  1. Open IBM Cognos Data Manager application.
  2. Navigate to ODS > Rational Team Concert > RTC3.0.1 > RTC_Workitem > RTC_DeletedLink3 in the left pane.
  3. Right click RTC_DeletedLink3
  4. Select Properties.
  5. Click on the Variable tab.
  6. Add a new variable:
    Name: MODIFIED_SINCE
    Type: CHAR
    Precision: 36
    Value: '1899-12-31 00:00:00'
  7. Click OK and save.
  8. Repeat for ODS > Rational Team Concert > RTC5.0.2> RTC_WorkitemLink5.0.2.
  9. Run RTC_ODS5.0.2_DeltaLoad job.
Once the job is completed, go back to the properties of RTC_DeletedLink3 and RTC_WorkitemLink5.0.2 jobs and remove the MODIFIED_SINCE variable.
