How to link one artifact to hundreds of modules

In one of our projects we will create hundreds of "blank" modules and thereafter create new artifacts (which also will run into thousands). Now the problem we're trying to solve is this:
(1) We can always link shared artifacts to modules by "add artifacts to module" feature, but that feature works one at a time eg I can link an artifact to module 1 manually, then module 2, then module 3 and repeat for as many modules that should include this artifact (here in our case several hundreds).

Question: Is there an easy way to bulk link one artifact id to several hundred modules in one single operation? The approach could be either upload feature in RDNG or through a custom program (OSLC based)

I'm not aware of any easy ways around it. If you suggested, you can use OSLC to loop through all the modules of interest and add the artifact to them. That's about it really.
