How to get outgoingChangeSets() to deliver in Stream? (RTC SDK 6.0)

Below is the code to get outgoingChangeSets() . But it is returning empty list and in turn it is failing to deliver . (RTC SDK 6.0)

IChangeHistorySyncReport sync =

wkspConnection.compareTo(

streamConnection,

WorkspaceComparisonFlags.CHANGE_SET_COMPARISON_ONLY,

Collections.EMPTY_LIST,

  null );

List<?> csOutList = sync.outgoingChangeSets(component);

 It's not clear what you expect but check if the empty list comes from wrong initialization of your wkspConnection or streamConnection. It's not possibile to understand this from your snippet.
But it's the right way to go.

This is my code that I used in an automation:
Delivering Change Sets and Baselines to a Stream Using the Plain Java Client Libraries.

That is all I can contribute.
