Rational Team Concert missing remote system explorer perspective

We have installed RTC I and RDi but we are facing problem that RTC i not showing the Remote System Explorer perspective what is missing here please help us early reply will be great help.

Hello, it seems Rational Team Concert does not include "Target Management (TM)" which Inlcudes "Remote System Explorer (RSE) (RSE)", here is the download site (which also include the site to install RSE):  http://www.eclipse.org/tm/downloads.php
