Moving the IBM i source code to windows RTC server

We have installed RTC i and RDi we want to manage source code of IBM which is RPG, RPGLE and COBOL what is the best practice we need to copy all the sources of IBM i into the main stream created on windows RTC server or will keep them on IBM i AS400 server. If we need to move all the source code of IBM i to Windows RTC server how it can be done.
