When uploading text file using "Add file" icon in RTC5.0.2 - SCM Web client, the text files are always recognized as "US-ASCII". Can I change this?

You can change when uploading.
After clicking "Add file" button, click "Edit File Properties" and specify "Text File Encoding" before selecting your text file.
If you don't specify, default encoding for "text/plain" file = US-ASCII will be applied.

There is the RFE 81831 for this so I've been waiting for it.
