Plans- why no events generated for things moved in/out of plan or Rank changes?

Eric Peters (11) | asked Nov 20 '15, 10:24 a.m.
As a user I would fully expect high level things like something moving in/out of a plan or 'Rank' changes would generate an event but clicking on a Plan & 'Show Recent Events' I've no indication of either.
Using RTC 5.0 as per doc https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.team.apt.doc/topics/t_subscribing_to_plan.html?resultof=%22%50%6c%61%6e%22%20%22%70%6c%61%6e%22%20%22%45%76%65%6e%74%73%22%20%22%65%76%65%6e%74%22%20

Ranks only exist in the plans. They are not work item attributes and therefore trigger no work item change notifications.

Apparently there is also no plan event created for ranking, if you don't see events. If you disagree with this design, please create an enhancement request with support or here: Work Items - Change and Configuration Management

I edited the answer, because I was not aware you were listening to the plan events.
