Hello,

I would like to set in a task the Description HTMLT field Mandatory to fill so Description* only if the severity is set at 'High' and NO mandatory if the serverity is medium or low?

Is this condition customizable in RTC ?

I don't think there is any out of box precondition for severity field. However you can try to create a script based condition and use the Required Attribute for Condition precondition for this.
