Launching page stuck on loading page

Hi all,
Have you already faced this issue? One of our user used IE 6 (customer constraint) and when he would like have access to RTC (RTC v 5) he is stuck on launching page with the message "Loading...". It seems that something blocks the display.

As you can see in https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements50 IE 6 is not supported. Only IE 9 and above is supported.
No sensible customer would still be using a security threat like IE6. |
