Hi,

I have CLM 6.0 installed in a WAS 8.5.5 server running on windows server 2012 that, following a month without problems, after a harsh re start of the websphere service (ended the process with the task administrator) the DCC is showing this error:
CRRCD9011E Storage areas have not been created. Please run set up to complete application finalization.

After20 minutes or so the application starts to behave in a strange fashion as:
  • The RM is unnaccesible.
  • The dashboards are not showing because of an oddly non closed session.
  • The DCC is unnaccesible also.
  • Sometimes is complicated to just logon to the JTS server at https://<domain>:<port>/jts/admin

What can I do to make the app work well again.

Problem resolved, if there is less sessions than threads in the Websphere server, the problem presents.
