DOORS Next Generation gives error TypeError: _48.indexOf is not a function

I am using DOORS Next Generation 6.0 with Tomcat and Derby database.
It has been running ok for months.
I suddenly got the following error whenever I clicked on anything within DOORS Next Generation.



I have tried to restore Derby database to yesterday's backup but I still got the same issue.

This issue is browser specific, and it is not server related.
That is, there is no need to restore Derby database or change any server configuration.

Try to clear the cookies for the browser that is used as the DOOR Next Generation client.
