Is it possible to access RTC API, that is behind DevOps on bluemix dirrectly from my application?

 If you ask about Dev Ops Services/JazzHub then you can get a URI for your project and you can access it with the Eclipse client. This means you can also use the API against it. You have limited permissions however.

Is there the place to find out about what is possible using this API and documentation to it itself?
