Do you mean the Pessimistic locking feature introduced in RTC 5.0.2?
I think the feature need both the server and the client are upgraded to v5.0.2. I don't see "Auto-lock files" field in a stream with RTC Eclipse client 5.0.

Hi

Yes I means the Pessimistic locking feature introduced in RTC 5.0.2

I don't find any document that said that the Server and Client need to be in release 5.0.2

Please could anybody confirm this requirement?

Yes, pessimistic locking requires the client to be upgraded (the server doesn't know or care what file you are editing, so this has to be done by the client).
