any Jazz issues pulling users from AD with apostrophes in their name? (example: last name O'Keefe)
Has anybody experience issues with Jazz not finding users in ADFS when AD objects have apostrophes in their name? Jazz Team Server is not able to find 1 of my users in AD, but it can find all other users. This user's last name is O'Keefe. Could the apostrophe have anything to do with it? I remember a similar issue with Microsoft Project server and AD sync because of it.

Answer: NO
Tested out okay with test account created in AD with apostrophe is last name. Turns our the user was under Archived user, not active user. Apparently, they used to work for the company previously. |
