Detemining inactive projects in RTC/RQM

Vishnu Kumar (2621627) | asked Sep 29 '15, 9:54 a.m.
Hello Everyone,

We are in the process of archiving inactive projects at RTC/RQM.

What is the best way to filter out such dormant projects those have not been used for last 6 months ?

Inactive: No element/work item/reports/user have been added to the project.

Regards
Vishnu Kuma

For RTC: Consider to look at the team events and run a work item query for the last modification.
For RQM, I would take a similar approach.

Option:
Ask the members of the project if this is still used.

Option:
Otherwise just make it inaccessible (using Access Control) and if no-one complains archive it after some weeks. 8)

Thanks Ralph.. Last modification query is very helpful as we are using RTC only for project management.
