Getting the Error Could not find extension: while starting the RTC client

        I am the beginner for the RTC  and while starting the RTC client I am getting the Error which are saved in the log file in configuration folder of RTC, 
The detailed Error is given below,

I am using RTC 5.0 and i already configured the JTS, so please help me with this error.

Hi Bharat,

I met the same problem. Have you resolved that? If yes, could you please let me know how?
