Follow up action to change state
I am using RTC 5.0 & RTC Client 5.0
I have a requirement to change status of workitem B to In Progress when we change status of workitem A to Implementation Complete. I think its possible using follow-up action, But i need to know the syntax and object to work up. Please help me |
