Error CRJAZ1247E when exporting Work Item with Eclipse ( RTC 4.0.2)
When we want to export Work Items ( and particularly, when we want to have Status Group attribute in exported file), we have an error CRJAZ1247E ( demand to server failed. Server send erro HTTP 500 : Internal error of the servlet ). I do not find how to resolve this problem which is linked ( I think ) to the Status Group Attribute.

The server logs ccm & jts need to be looked into for more info.
Can you provide the complete error messages?
