How to implement this cosmetic changes in RTC?

Since there are very limited options available when it comes to formatting in RTC, please guide me on how can the below changes be implemented?

- The "Timestamp" attribute has default time of 12 pm, how to make it default to 12 am?
- Currently, the workitem-type and workitem-ID is displayed in "Title" section of tab in any browser. Is there a way to display only the workitem ID?
- Is there a way to make the "Picker enumeration List" box bigger in size?
- What is the limit of characters that a "ChangeSet" comment box can accept?
- The profile pic say dimensions to be 100*100, but a picture looks stretched even though the dimensions match. Can this dimensions be changed?

You post too many questions at once.
1. You can always use a default value provider (attribute customization) to set whatever the default value you want.
2. You can remove the presentation from the editor, or make it "hidden".
3. I don't think you can change the size of a predefined control.
4. Not sure about this one.
5. The profile profile works for me - looks pretty normal.
