I would like to develop one follow up plug-in ,in which one new work item should be created with hide some attributes.

Which java api should be used to hide new workitem attributes.

Far as I know, the 'hidden' feature is not available via an API. it is part of the UI rendering code.
if hide is turned on then the attribute will not be shown.

only the workitem editor can change the hide setting.
