Whenever there is new defect raised it should automatically assign to a group by default. Post this group approves the general workflow follows

Hi Akbar,
Basically there are two ways how to do that:
  1. Add a new follow up action which will subscribe the users. You can find more about preconditions and follow up actions on https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.jazz.platform.doc%2Ftopics%2Fc_behavior.html and on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ArOQe4Qfdg

  2. Change the way how your users work. On self host server for example the members of the team have dashboards displaying new work items assigned to their team. Then they are considering adding themselves manually.
