 Dear All,

Please can any one give me and idea whether it is possible to integrate RTC 5.002 with Axios Assyst tool.

I want a ticket to be created in assyst after being trigereed by workflow action in RTC. The created ticket number should be populated back in RTC.

If you have an API for the other tool that allows to do that, the simplest way to do this would be in a follow up action on work item save on the server. The follow up action - participant - detects if an external item needs to be created, creates it and adds a link or other information back into the work item with an additional save.
