IBM ID - IBM Passport Advantage

Daniel Powell (1111) | asked Aug 31 '15, 2:07 p.m.

Good Day

I am in the process of being added to IBM Passport Advantage to be a technical representative on my current project.  I have a Jazz account (User ID:  ddp)

Is my Jazz account the same as the 'IBM ID' account requested to add to the 'IBM Passport Advantage'?

Thank You

These are different accounts.
In particular, your IBM ID is a valid email address, while your jazz.net user ID is whatever string you specified when you registered for jazz.net.   And since your jazz.net user ID cannot contain an "@" character, while your IBM ID must contain an "@" character, your jazz.net user ID cannot be the same as your IBM ID.
To obtain an IBM ID, go to www.ibm.com, and click on that icon on the upper right corner of the page.
