Module Book Print - showing spurious date time stamp

anoop mc (74811188221) | asked Aug 26 '15, 9:10 p.m.
 Hi,

In DNG 501 We have an issue with Module Book Print where we noticed that when we generate the Module Book in Word format, the date time stamp is always 10/21/2013 11:32 am.

Any ideas, on why the strange time stamp in the file?

how we can set a particular time zone in Jazz? The server itself shows US time – EST – but when a report is run the time stamp in the report shows a UTC not EST. It would be good to be able to control the time used when creating a report.

 Hi Don,

We have not modified the existing template and we have been going with default option available with CLM 501.

In that case, I would suggest you open a ticket with IBM Support and get it investigated thoroughly.

Any idea if this is an known issue in DNG 501 ? Because we are running CLM 501 version.

I am not aware of such a defect. Just a sanity check - if the document template has ever been modified, make sure that a content is not set for the timestamp.

It reminds me of a similar defect but that was in RRC 4.0.3. I did a quick test with RDNG 5.0.2 and it worked for me.
