Can I add approval group or role instead of individual approver(s) to a work item?

I have designated approvers for each application. Instead of adding individual approver(s) i.e another user as an approver. I would like to add the group or a role. What are my options to fulfill this usecase ?

Also once approved by one of the members of the group. I should be able to see who exactly approved.

That's correct. Couldnt vote but it is a much needed requirement; I know the group I need the approval from but not necessarily the individuals.
