Will i be able to download and use previous versions of DoorsNG 3.0.1(which means desktop version) and also i would like to download Doors(9.x) using a developer license?

In the shared link they have listed from "Rational DOORS Next Generation 3.6" none of those have a desktop application.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Rational Requirements Composer (RRC) 2.x was the last version with a desktop application. But it's out of service and not downloadable anymore. RRC 3.0.1 is web client only.
