CLM 502

I have a dept that wants to test RQM. They have installed everything. JTS, RQM, RM, CCM, DW databases and all. They have been using RM and RTC for years. They planned ahead by creating full lifecycle projects for every project.

The problem is they installed the Trial licenses yesterday for 502 and nothing appears under the Rational Quality Manager area except:

Rational Quality Manager --  Connector

What should I do?

What does it look like in the license admin page? Have you activated the trial license in the page?
