asset count show incorrect number with regards to the lifecycle Status of assets

 Hi,
After migrating the RAM from 7511 to 7522 while verifying the functionality we noticed the asset count is incorrect with regards to the lifecycle Status of assets.

For one of the community the under State it is showing only 798 asset as approved but it should be 4000+

Wanted to know if there is any solution to the issue.

Could you please paste a screen shot about the incorrect number? 

and if you rebuild the index, would fix it?

 I tried rebuild the index via RAM administration page.

It gave the below message. Not sure how long does it take to get complete.

The indexer would start to rebuild the index shortly, and during that time, you can not search assets. 

I guess it needs a few hours to rebuild that in 7522, but if 7523, we promote the indexer, so it would be more efficient.
