Error message in RTC - Weekly Hours - "TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined"

Hi

There is an RTC project created with "Resource Optimization Process".

Lately an error has appeared while opening the "Time Sheet Manager" application. This application opens a Weekly Hours Admin Tool which usually generates a report.

1.- Select a Team member
2.- Select a Manager
3.- Select week
4.- Choose "Open Manager mode" or "Open User Mode"

In any case an error message appears in a pop up "TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined "

Could you please indicate which could be the failure?

I have verified ccm.log and jts.log. I don't find any clue about the error.

RTC version 3.0.1

This appears to be a client side (JavaScript) error, and you need to do client side debugging (in the browser) to figure it out.

The only clue I have from ccm log is this:

2015-08-04 13:27:33,303 [ ccm: AsynchronousTaskRunner-0] ERROR com.ibm.team.datawarehouse                          - error parsing numbers in monthly demand uuid: _TK_hlDdvAaSPJbc5xQTW5g, id: 9215


Just after an attemp to generate the report.

 I have seen the error in my screen as well.

However for some other dates in the report the error doesn't appear.

A diferent message appears, it's not a pop up, it appears in blue and bold:

"Service_Response:not a timecard date"

I was wondering if this is related to some customization error or something like that.
