Do RTC upgrades over-write enumeration values we add to Severity field ?
Our customer wants different wording for the Severity values. If I "hide" the values that are out of the box and add new values, will the Severity enumeration be changed back to whatever comes out of the box in subsequent releases ?
I know we can create our own enumeration, but I want to get a feel for the recommended approach. |

processes that are customized within a Project Area do not get overwritten. Process templates that are customized can get overwritten when a user is re-deploying Predefined Templates. The process templates with the same ID gets overwritten. A warning is displayed first. An upgrade itself should not re-deploy templates automatically. /Elisabeth |
