Grant Read only access to all the streams in the RTC Project Area

Can someone advice how to grant read only access to the source control(all streams) in RTC ?
The streams are owned by different teams and hence I cannot use the "Use permissions to control delivery to streams" and "Use permissions to control delivery to components" options in RTC.

Please advice if anyone has a better solution to grant read only access to group of people.

Hi Suresh,

You can set the visibility scope of the streams to Project areas and owner can be any team areas, so all the project members can see the streams but can't deliver any changes.
