Disable the E-mail setting

How we can disable the mail setting in RTC? When we create the user in RTC then user creation notification mail is goes to newly created user. I have to disable the mail notification for only newly created user. How we can disable the mail setting in RTC only for the new created user?

What is the reason for not letting the newly created user receive the email notification?
There are two ways of doing it:
1. When creating a new user, put your own email in the email field, and then change it afterwards.


2. Turn on "Restrict to Whitelist" in E-mail settings and make sure you maintain Whitelist for email addresses that can receive notification.
