Hello, i've seen that IBM offers specialist certification for DNG. However, does IBM also provide training courses for DNG users (beginners, intermediate & specialist)?

No sure if you ever got a reply to your 2015 question, but I did find
two resources (one online and one seminar-based).   Below are cut-pastes
