RQM-RTC- Opening a defect from RQM based on a WI template defined in RTC.
Hi,
The projects works with RTC and RQM as life cycle project.When Opening a defect from RQM when a test step is failed, How can i define that a new defect will be open, based on a Work item template I defined in RTC? The purpose here is to open a defect with default values using WI template.
In RTC I can open a new WI based on a template.
I want this ability when opening the defect from RQM. Is there any configuration I need to do?

Unfortunately, this is not supported. See Provide template mechanism for default name/description of defects created from RQM (68198).
