Getting error while installing RTC 4.0.7 client

0	Bin Qiao (1●1●1) \| asked Jul 07 '15, 4:06 a.m. I'm trying to install RTC 4.0.7 client but always getting an error "The com.ibm.team.install.rtc.client.eclipse.ies4 package specified in the install-eclipse42-client.xml file cannot be found."

Did you use "Client for Eclipse 4.2.x All (1061.25MB) from

https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.7?p=allDownloads ?

Is size of the file correct 1061.25MB?

Did you unzip the file properly?

What platform are you using? Windows 7 64 bit?

Which directory did you install? ..Program Files\IBM?

Can you tell me more details in your situation?
