How can one capture the "Actual  start date" and "Actual end date" "for each iterations" in rational quality manager , this for a Test Plan.?

how do you define start? Any TCER or TSER within test plan in the running state or not? how about the "end": by completing all TCERs/TSERs execution? please clarify

 Scenario:

We define a 'Start Date' and 'End Date' for an iteration. But due to some reason, we fail to start the test execution and begin it past two days.

So, for example the Planned Start date is July 1st, however the Actual start date is July 3rd.

Need to capture both 'Planned Start Date' and the 'Actual Start Date'.

In RQM v3.x we had an option as shown in Fig 3 on the below URL:

As of RQM 4.0, test plan schedules support timelines/iterations, which only support actual start/end dates.  However, the test schedule can be edited to have different planned start/end dates than the timeline/iteration.
