importing work item from a csv file

My project have several team areas.
I imported work items from a csv file, but imported new tasks were created in unexpected team area.

Can I specify a team area when importing new work items? If yes, could you tell me how to import new work items related to specific team area?

please see http://jazz.net/library/technote/69 as guidance. make sure
that entries in the CSV file contain a "Filed Against" field that is
associated with the desired team area and it should work fine. You can
see this field, when you export work items via CSV and choosing this
column.

The technote would be useful if it told us what targetIds correspond to what attributes. I've looked everywhere and can't get a list of target ids.
