How can I get RTC 6.0 with the SAFe process template on the Cloud for trial?

I would like to see the process configuration of RTC 6.0 SAFe template... I tried to create a project area on the cloud but it seems it is 5.0.2.

Can you please let me know where I can try the RTC 6.0 SAFe template?

I have been able to create a project area based on the SAFe process template, on the Cloud.
