RTC definition issues

RTC uses the list below to identify the workflows transitions within the different work items in the Agile template. I need the IBM definition of what each of the workflow transition is.

In Progress
Reopened
Resolved
Verified
Invalid
Abandoned
Done
Implemented
Deferred
Proposed
Completed
Approved
Rejected

You don't "have to" use the exact workflow as the template provides. Actually I have seen struggles of some adopters using such "bottom-up" approach, where the actual work flow is "borrowed" or "copied" from somewhere else. The usual way would be "top-down" approach, where you define your actual workflow in RTC. In other words, make the tool to fit your workflow, not the other way round.

Having said that, the workflow that you referred to is just a typical defect life cycle, similar to the one described here:
