Users in JazzUsers in LDAP, not checked in RTC

I have 12 users added to LDAP JazzUsers group. All appear in Manage Users. However, 2 have JazzUsers checked, the rest are blank. I can confirm they are in the JazzUsers on LDAP. I ran the repotools-jts.sh -syncUsers command. No error for these folks.

What are my options?

Hi Mahari, I can suggest to check the output in the jts.log with Debug mode.

1. Set DEBUG mode in the jts.log

Open (JazzTeamServer)\server\conf\jts\log4j.properties
Change from log4j.rootLogger=WARN, file
              to log4j.rootLogger=DEBUG, file

2. Apply the setting.

Click Reload button in the URL https://<server>:port/jts/admin?internal=true#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.reloadLoggingSettings

 3. Run Sync User with external registry.

4. Check the output in the jts.log to see what it tells.

Open the (JazzTeamServer)\server\logs\jts.log

The repository role is not stored in the Jazz repository, as it is mapped and controlled by the application server (WAS or Tomcat), so showing the "JazzUsers" role in the user profile is not a true indicator whether the user indeed has this role. As long as the user can log in and access the repository, the role is correctly set.

What are distinct about those 2 users compared to the rest 10 users?
