You will need to basically develop the adapters  using sample Eclipse Lyo project

Post that you need work on the below
1 - Command line options that are available with Vector Cast
2 - Invoking the test handling capability from RQM Commandline.
3 - Displaying the generated results in the RQM

One of the business partners has already developed a couple of adapter for Vector products and  they did mention of the plan to develop one with Vector Cast.  Hope it helps.
