Hi

I want to validate that the owner or another contributor value is the one that makes an specific action on a workitem.
Is this possible?

For example I'm on a workitem in "New" state, and want to use the action "Start work". But if I'm not the owner I should not have the permissions on that workitem.

is this possible? Thanks!
