How to undo the deletion of a folder (containing multiple sub folders and files)

Angela Borchard (701120) | asked Jun 17 '15, 5:57 p.m.

Hello,

In RTC the following occurred:

1. Person A, created a folder

2. Person B, populated the folder with files and sub folders

3. Person A deleted the parent folder

I tried reversing the changes of Person A and this allows me to see the parent folder, however the parent directory is empty :-(

Can you please advise if it is possible to recover the deleted files and folders under the parent folder?

Thanks!

Hi Nagela,
Could you share with us how you have resolved the problem?

Hi Krzysztof,

I resolved by:

1. Reversing the reversal (where only some folders were displayed with no content)
2. Selecting ALL of the change sets (around 15 in total) and reversing
